Random Chou-chou cuteness

Over the last week, Chou-chou hit the big five-month mark! That same day, he also received his new high-chair in the mail. So exciting!! I was impatiently waiting for it to get here. Not that Chou-chou's starting solids yet, but we'd just heard that it's a great place for babies to play. And that's exactly what it's turned into- a place to set him down while I eat breakfast, while Jarod and I eat dinner, a place where he happily plays for more than five minutes. I think he likes being up high, too. Anyway, we've taken some cute pictures of him in his new seat and I thought I'd post them here. I know I haven't blogged much over the last 10 days or so, and now is not the time to be longwinded, but pics are always good. Here are a couple other cute pics, too, and one with Mommy:)

Funny things Chou-chou does lately... he'll pick up a toy, like a ball or a shaky-rattle toy or something, and then when he wants to let go he forgets how to do that so he just flings his hand over and over again (like he's got gross goop on it or something) until it finally breaks free from his grip. Pretty hilarious! He's also started clinging like a little koala when he's frightened or just wants loveys. For instance, Jarod made smoothies tonight and the blender freaked Chou-chou out, so he turned to nuzzle in and threw his arms around my neck. So sad but so cute and sweet! I love my Chou-chou baby.

He sounds like so much fun--I can't wait for Griffin to be more interactive!

I'm glad to hear that cutting out dairy made a difference--I hope going wheatless works or that you can find another solution to make him feel even better.
